Are lizzies right for me?

5'8", 140lbs and i would classify myself as a Type III+ skier. I ski mostly east coast, but take at least 4 trips to actual mountains. I want a ski that i can take into the powder and ski it with ease, but i also want something that if i decide to take into the park, it will hold its own. I don't think that length will be a problem, i ride 180 ar5's.
I really have heard good things about the Elizabeths and thought they might work for me.
Any input would be great.

Also not sure if it makes a difference, but the purchase will be made in the summertime.

But now to bump it up!!!!
I am now considering the Bacons. I thought that since I pretty much boss around the 180 park ski, i might opt for the 182 SUPER soft ski.
It is now a lengh decision since they are pretty much the exact same ski (right?).

I can't comment on sfbs because I haven't skied them, but if ur gonna ski them anywhere but powder i don't think sfbs will be right for you. I'm 6' 155 and ski the lizzies and I love them and have no length problems. Ur shorter and lighter than me so I think the bacons might be too much ski and the lizzies would be just right

i wouldn't actually go dead center with that ski. cuz they're symmetrical they actually don't have that much float at dead center, even though they're really fat. i moved mine back to -2.5cm and that pretty much kicks ass.

But a a mere 5'8", would i beable to handle it?
I perfer longer skis, and i think that if i mount them center i would be able to ski them well for the hoss of a ski they are.
Unfortunately they wouldn't see much powder, but still some. I would use them as an all montain charger and maybe take them into the park every now and again.

Then get the lizzies for ur size you won't be able to ski bacons as an all mountain charger the lizzies are perfect for you I don't know why ur having second thoughts

But the bacons are too long ur 5 8 or whatever so the lizzies are gonna be as tall as you the bacons are gonna be like way over ur head I don't know how long you want to go

Not 'way' over my head.
I had 178 invaders and they were forehead level.
Maybe i just am retarded and cant measure?

well if your 5'8 the SFBs might be big for you, i havent skied them but im 6'2 and my prophets(179) come to my eye level, take away the tail and they might go to chin, so 182 might be a bit big. especially for all mountain
