This is a gore-tex XCR shell with plenty of technical features (waterproof zips, two napoleon pockets, hood cinch, etc.) It is in like new condition, used less than 5 days. Size small. It retails for $400, I'll let it go for $250 shipped, OBO.

I would try TGR, you'll probably have more success over there for Arc'Teryx.
