depends on if your going to ride pow or park. if you ride park you can use shorter skis. for all mountain i would say 167. for park you'd be fine with 161's

i have 155s though for screwin around at the local 150 ft vert hill

Just depends on how you ski. I personly like a taller ski and just center mount them for park and you never can tell they are all that tall when skiing them.
