ok so this is my first season in the park and i can do 1s, 3s, rails and boxes but i can never make myself do a nice true tail grab. I know, its pathetic, get I get some tips? And what does it mean to practice on a chairlift and get muscle memory?

theres 2 ways to do a tail grab, u can bring ur tails up like in a back scratcher and cross/grab or lean back and cross and grab...i find for strait airs the leaning back one feels better

umm, just reach back and grab tail, i dont know how elso to explain it. or grab the leading tail so when you look your spin you can see the tail and it will be easier to grab
