So I need to beat the shit out of this one kid at my school for my own reasons. I actually think it'll so everyone some good if I do. Anyways, this is the first time in my life I actually like my school and I wanna stay in it. So I thought of the obvious and beat the shit out of him in school. Take him out back to the pizza place or something. But seeing as he is a student there and so am I and of course when someone asks him WTF happened to your face and why the hell your rib cage is broken he's not gonna come up with some bullshit to protect me. So what im asking here is that if I beat the shit out of him can the school get involved despite the fact that I didnt do it on their time nor their grounds. And may I add in that this is a private school

I hate him. so much. this bastard cheated with my girlfriend on me and fucked her knowing damn well i was with her at the time (i already took care of the situation with her), this asshole is so fucking annoying, like he doesnt stop when he should. theres a line of annoyance that everyone can take but he freaken is 3 miles over this line. He made a good teacher cry, which right there I should have punched him cause shes a friend. and as if he has any remorse for the first thing he likes to rub it in my face. Id kill him if I didnt feel like going to jail

Your school may be different but if we get in a fight out of school then the school can get involved. Might be different for your school though. Just take him out back and beat the shit out him enough that he understand but not so much that when he walks into school is noticable that he got his ass kicked.

I guess it depends on your reasons...I punched a kid at my school in the face(at school). I got suspended for 5 days but I wasnt aloud to go back to school untill he felt safe with me being there. Long story short his mom said she would not press charges if I paid for his dental damage. Cost me $550. As imature as it sounds it was worth every penny. But I was lucky to even get back in the same school.
And as far as doing it outside of school I'm not sure. At my school I was told that if I went home walked in my front door then left to go fight him the school couldnt do anything about it. But I have no idea how private school or your school distract works.
Hope that helps abit. Only do it if you honestly feel there is nothing else left to do.

Those are all really shitty reasons. Beating him up wont change his behavior, it will just make him hate you.
Now to the intended topic. Yes the school can and will get involved. All the kid needs to do is tell the school what happened, or have a teacher ask him about his injuries. Your writing your own expulsion if you beat him up so don't be a dumb ass, get your emotions under control and make the right decision.

he should be unconcious for like 40 minutes, so first mix some hand lotion with water and put it all over his face (he'll think it was jizz), then beat tha fuck out of him with some oranges in a bag, it won't leave bruises, and then leave him somewhere mad sketchy
