i tighten em wayyyyy up and slide the strap around so its more on the back of my neck. I have wisdoms so if I dont the earflap thing hits the plastic weird peice thing and creates a gap.

if you put them up on the top part of your head they will sit under the helmet comfortably all day

seriously theres no point in doing it you cant even take your goggles off without taking your helmet off when there under

put it on the top part of your head (like where a person would have a bald spot) and put you helmet on tilted back so it doesn't slide the strap out of place, then adjust it from there
