More snow on the way?

so i caught the weather tonight...and mr. paul douglas is talking another 10inches+ for around here wednesday through friday...anyone else hearing the same thing?


i checked it on the site...

Wednesday - A chance of snow in the morning...then snow in the afternoon. Snow accumulation of 3 to 4 inches. Highs 30 to 35. East winds 10 to 20 mph.

Wednesday Night - Cloudy with snow likely. Snow accumulation of 4 to 5 inches. Lows around 25. East winds around 15 mph. Chance of snow 70 percent.


Thursday - Snow. Areas of blowing snow in the afternoon. Highs 30 to 35.

Thursday Night - Cloudy with snow likely. Areas of blowing snow. Lows around 20. Chance of snow 70 percent.

Yeah, that's what I've been hearing too. Apparently it's why we didn't have school off today (we were one of the only districts in the area not to delay or close). Should make for a great weekend though, since I'll actually be allowed to go every day.

sounds good to me, another foot would do spirit good.... it was pretty nice today...there was even enough snow to drop a 10 foot cliff...but there were still some rocks showing in some places.

yeah i just watched the news and said its supposed to be a storm eqaul to the weekend storm but w/o the blowing ice...
im hoping for a snowday

watched the weather today on channel 5 news...


we are in the 12 - 20 inches zone :) twin cities down to albert lee then up to duluth i think is all in the 12 - 20 inches area

school said if we get 3+ inches tomrrow, its a snow day, and on friday 3+ more snow will be another, so my fingers are crossed

Some of the teachers at my school were treating today like a friday. We definitely better get a least one snow day out of these storms. I still don't see how we didn't have one monday, I had to use 4 wheel drive to get to school.

i like it, cause its not during the weekend this time, so we get off school, find a 4 wheel drive car, and have some fun skiing in places you normally wouldnt, cause no one will be at work, assuming its that bad

Along w/ every other skier/snowboarder in the midwest, I am fucking excited! Winter isn't over! However, my job requires me to clear the snow from the dorm I work at, and this week we have snow duty, meaning I'm responsible for clearing the snow off all the sidewalks at the superblock at the U of M. Laaaaaaaaame. I get to do the vast majority of it with a tractor then with a snowblower, so it shouldn't be too bad; but it's still time I can't be skiing anywhere!
Got in some nice urban skiing (real skiing, no rails!) Sunday, I'll throw up the photos whenever my buddy gets them online.
I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to ski pow around here, or ride my sled in pow in WI...
