I'm literally in the process of ordering the addict pros... i'm thinking scratch 120 bindings??? yes or no? any other suggestions, also though about Look PX12 but i dont no if they have them in stock
FUCK the new PX bindings they are pieces of shit that kill the flex of a ski. trust me, they are hunks of garbage. the switch from the Pivot to PX and them dropping the turntable race stocks is the DUMBEST thing ive ever seen a company do. the new bindings are horrible on flat deck skis. on a system, they are great, but mounted on a flat ski, the mounting pattern of the heelpiece kills the flex arc of the tail. get on ebay. if you are a decent skier, get some P12s. rossi/look, lifted non, dont matter. (mount them as low as possible tho). if you consider yourself a really good skier, and value performance over ease of use, get the FKS 120. do not get FKS/p15/18s. those are in a slightly different ballpark, and you know when its time for those. besides, in the newer incarnations, they do not have upward toe release, which is not as safe.
tanakaskier mounted his like 2cm forward. said they make for easier nose's and criticals. he also rides jp juliens like centered, so he likes his tails long. not an average mounter to say the least.
