set you spin before you go for the spread.

Spreads, daffys, screamins', and exaggerated grabs all slow your rotation dramatically. Try spreading when you've already spun 270 first. Once you can do that, you can work doing it earlier in your spin. But yeah, I've stalled midair a number of times and it's not a great feeling.

especially if you didnt spot your landing, you just looked straight back all through the air

hahah that one made me chuckle
but i was doing 3 spread eagles all day last weekend they were sweet haha
once you get to like 270 do the spread eagle and once you try a couple go 180 and so on...
hah i feel gay giving trick tips for a spread eagle w/ spins lol
