ya so i broke my humerus trying a right-side 3mute (n00b). this ever happen to anyone else? they cant give me cast cuz of the position. its between my elbow and shoulder. if i dont hold my arm, my muscles move and i get spazzims and stuff. how long did this take to heal for people this has happened to?
