Help any ideas on how to get speed with out snow

Ya i live in a place were it never snows, but i was wondering what is the best bay to get speed for some rails? I could care less on how trashed the skis get.

build a ramp or something...and put carper or something and get the most snow possible

go to the hockey rink and load the truck up with zamboni snow works great

my neighbor wetted down grass and it worked but it was on a slope
