Horror story: I went to a prom as a freshman with a guy who was a year older than me and I only liked him as friends, and I made sure he knew that before saying yes. We were slow dancing, first song of the night and i had a dress low cut in the back, he stuck his hand down the back of my dress.... moral - don't make your chick uncomfortable, she'll leave you for the night and prom will suck for you!

Yea...don't piss her off...I 'got sick' at a dance (not prom) cause the guy was being a moron. If she doesn't want to dance or acts irritated, try and comfort her, but do NOT follow her around like a lovesick puppy...It depends how well you know the girl I guess. But just try and have fun while you're there.

here is my best story for you: my junior prom. Started off the evening eating at this girl's house. There were four couples and the girls parents cooked up the best meal I have had to date. Anyway, PLENTY of wine was served with dinner(I had about 6 glasses). then we went downstairs and had a few screwdrivers before heading out in the limo. So I get to prom already a bit drunk. We stay and leave after 20 mins. At the after party I preceed to finish over half a bottle of wild turkey, then take enormous hits of a 3 ft bong. The rest of the night I don't recollect. BUT, people tell me I barfed all over the floor in the cabin for no reason then used some guys tux jacket to clean it up :D ahhh... I don't do that stuff anymore, but geez those were heavy times
'Yeah, I'll get that cleaned up lickity-split. Speaking of lickity-split what do you say you and I meet up later, see what's going on? Just kidding. But seriously, I'm new in town, kinda lonely, looking for my parents..'

Yo...I'm not a big fan of dances and shit like that, but Prom was one of the most fun nights of my high school career and life. Im not even just talking about the after party, but the actual dance, dinner, all of that. It was awesome. Super cool girl, which helped. But I went to prep school and since its a boarding school, I wasn't going to see a lotta people that much anymore once we graduated (the next week) so it was an awesome time to put the finishing touches on my high school time. Have fun and take advantage of some of the best times of your life.

FRZGene, exactly the same way I felt. And I went to a boarding school as well, I havn't seen most of the people since Grad, which was the next day so it was a good way to end things.

yea if i was sober at prom it would have sucked. It wasnt my schools prom and i am only a sophomore so i only knew the big group of people we went with. Had a lot of hotel rooms smoked a ton of herb at some mush and drank a ton on the sweet limo ride down i had a fun time.

didnt sleep at prom, my date was ugly, she ditched me(good thing), i got fuckin hammered at the party, hooked up with the host, who couldnt keep her hands off me, doin exactly what turned me on. and i have her phone #, plus a great experience, and not to mention, a chance to do this all again next year(since this wasnt my sr prom)

I think i'm going crazy...
