Wow ok so my friend harry got caught the other day using my brothers pass. They questioned him forever and he almost got away with it! but then they found out, and the end result was that he got a midemenor theft, and kicked til april first, and my bro got his pass taken, and kicked til april 1st also!!! oh and how he got caught was rediculouse ill let him tell you the story. but for me, my parents wont let me go to hyland at all either.

it all started with switch on to the 40 footer. tuesday afternoon we are the only ones on the hill. as we play snow i get switch on to reg. then i go for switch on to 2 off, i caught an edge on my ghetto skis and nut the rail. don't worry i didn't hit my nuts, only to then have my ski pop off and nut my ski. as i am on the ground dying the bitch cop lady comes up and says are you ok, followed by can i see your pass. after about 45 minutes of damn good lying i got caught.

its called theft of service. buy a pass or run the risk of getting busted that was your choice.

i got theft of services charge when i was 17 for skiing at afton w/o a ticket. since i was under 18, i went to a Public Offenders course for $75 and the charges were dropped. Most of the kids in there got caught stealing like $500 from their work, or shoplifting a shit load of clothes. when i told them i got caught with no lift ticket, they laughed. it was a good time.

at spirit one of my friends gave his pass to a black kid to use, and my friend is the skiniest white kid ever....how he didnt get caught i dont know.

yeah well i never said i was mad and i knew the "risk" it just sucked cuz i just nutted it and the big country cop was a dick and was like your fucked you son of a bitch, and then his supervisor came over and like quietly and politely explained everything and was like it will be fine.

damn i get checked at least 3 to 4 times a day. and you have been checked i was with you member. they made you leave cause it was in your other coat. and i had to tell them u were a coach.... it was christmas eevee
