"A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
LATE THURSDAY NIGHT.
LIGHT RAIN AND SNOW THIS EVENING WILL INTENSIFY AND EXPAND OVER
ALL AREAS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. SNOW LEVELS WILL START OUT AROUND
6500 FEET THIS EVENING BUT WILL DROP TO ALL LOCATIONS THURSDAY
MORNING AS A COLD FRONT MOVES THROUGH THE AREA. STRONG WINDS CAN
BE EXPECTED AHEAD OF THE FRONT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON. A
TOTAL OF 1 TO 2 FEET OF SNOW IS POSSIBLE ABOVE 7000 FEET...WITH UP
TO 12 INCHES AT LAKE LEVEL."
Supposedly, here in Big Bear the storm was upgraded from only dropping 5 to 10 inches, to 1 foot and now, if you look on www.bensweather.com it's forecasted to drop anywhere between 1 to 2 feet of snow.
oh my god.... ive been waiting for this so fucking long!!!! anyone else gonna be at sugar bowl sunday? i cant fucking wait to get some good snow for once
Today's snow was the "lightest" I have ever seen in my two years at Tahoe. It was great, however, Alpine was also about the busiest I have ever seen it. I think the secret is out, I waited 10-15 minutes in line in Summit all day which is rare even on a weekend for Alpine, let alone a friday.

^It is Ski/Skate week.. so all of bay area schools have had this past week off.
The snow has been great so far-I got some great pow runs so far. It's supposed to dump on Sunday though-I think the best of the snow from these series of storms is yet to come.
im praying that the bus I'm taking tomorrow can make it up to Sugar bowl with all this new snow, this should be sick as fuck. If you see a kid with PE's and a green/oliveish siver cartel jacket, say whatsup
