i can usually get the spin around alright, but i never know when to start looking back to spot the landing? also, should i be looking over my shoulder or under my arm? which side of my body do i look on? any help wud b great
i don't really spot my landing, i kinda just am looking up hill when i land. if your looking over your shoulder trying to spot the landing your gonna keep rotating
when you come around for the three just keep your head fixed on that landing and bring the 5 around.. after you land look over your shoulder and ride it out or turn around
i spot my landing at 3 and dont worry bout it from there if u keep trying to watch the landing that shit just doesnt work...i dont even know what u were saying in ur question but hey i said something
approach the jump with a wide stance, get your spin on, when you are at 3 you spot the landing and keep your eyes on it during the last 180 and just about when you land you straighten up so you get that STOMP and you put your eyes on the top of the landing while you ski down sw rest of the landing..
When you pop your spin, make sure you're not corking it out. (if you're having trouble with this, look at the horizon) Keep looking into the spin until you're looking back up the hill. This will help make sure you get the rotation. When you land switch, make sure and bend your knees and don't lean too far forward. Start small and work your way up.
