Crowbar out-riggers?

How do you get the out-riggers out of the frame of the crowbar?

actually how do you get the strap out of the outrigger?

There are litte tabs on teh inside where the strap and outrigger connect, on the outside tab (outside side of the strap)put your fingernail in between the tab and outrigger and push down(towards the goggle frame) and forward and the should pop out...you're halfway there...now you should be able to pull the strap through the outrigger and back a ways, take the little plastc piece on the end of the strap and rotate it forwards so that the bottom of the plastic piece is facing the back of the goggle (kinda hard to get the first time cause of the strap, but it'll go) and the plastic peice will slide through the spaces on the outriggers that the tabs went in. Hope that makes sense and helps.
