I broke my phone

damn. i stepped on the screen and now theres a huge black thing in the middle. i cant read texts, find numbers etc. how does replacement work?

whos your service provider. If its verizon and you convince them that it just happened and you didn't step on it then they'll give you a new phone right at the store. If its cingular you have to wait for them to send you a new phone then send the old one back. If you can't convince them that your screen cracked on its own then you'll probably have to buy a new phone and new phones are fucking expensive when you don't buy them with a contract.

t-mobile, no insurence. im going to the store after i get back from skiing and see what they do. i might be able to get a replacement.
