Anybody ever get tendonitis in their forearm from pole planting?

all you should be doin is moving your wrist a little to pole plat, this has never happened to me. u might be doing something wrong

You have to warm it up first, try wacking off before skiing. Stretch and have fun...and dont plant so hard
