Another idea for a rail/box top

Hey
I am planning to make a rail at home to learn to do them and I was deciding on materials. I searched the forums and sawa bunch of good stuff to use but I never saw cora plast (not sure if that is spelt right) It's plastic cardboard.
It's really slippery when wet but I'm not sure if that will slide good with skis. It is fairly cheap to and you could nail it onto a 2x4 for a rail or cover a box with it if it is slick enough. Nails would sink in deep and create a divit so it won't be in the way.Anyone have any experience with it?
Cheers,

Yah it is usually white. It's use for big signs sometimes and decals are stuck on them. It's just like cardboard, coregated, but it's plastic.

I was planning on buying the 24x48in sheet for 32 bucks...
I have a 12 ft board that i was going to mount it on, so Ill cut the whole sheet into 4 six inch wide sections to cover the whole 12feet. When you cut it up like that 30bucks isnt that bad

You use to use it to stop pucks? We must be talking about something different, or your not using the right stuff. Was the stuff that you use transparent, or a solid colour white?

just get some pvc pipes if you wan't to learn how to do rails, if you're gonna make a box get HDPE (high density polythylene)

corregated will not work, think of the forces you have coming down onto a rail

do not use thsat shit! it will chip and break in half as soon as you land on it. its also not slippery! use puckboard/pvc/anything!anything will work as long as its strong. if its not strong its not gonna work
