Camera problem

i ahve a gs300 and for some reason whenever i try to play back stuff it says "press reset switch" so i press the switcha dn it just says it again... any solutions to this?

i fixed it... just let it sit and it should be fine... i just put it nex to the fire place.. maybe it was the dew?
