Yeah... So any tele skiers here?

Yeah, so I got into tele this year and bought a bair of g3 barons and some scarpa boots this week, and I'm wondering if anyone else does any tele skiing here. Like I've seen people do tele tricks in movies, but doin shit in tele was so much harder on the slopes then alpine... any advice? All ive done is rails and small jumps on tele, but i was wondering how would doing a 180 on tele's vary from alpine.

I love tele, and snowboarding and pretty much anything that gets me out in the snow, but I can't do 180's on tele, I've only tried a couple timesm, but I'd slid a rail or two. Do you guys drop a knee when you're landing swtich?

nah, straight up landing is the way to go. Some people drop knees, but i really don't think it's a good idea/functional on any jump over 50 feet. Just try and stagger your skis a bit when you land switch, it helps spread your weight out.

stagger your feet a lot, cuz leaning back just doesnt work for me at least.


but basicallly all i do trick-wise on my tele's is threes and fully tweeked prison shower grabs
