Ok well laetly my school police has been going onto myspace and looking at all the kdis that go to our school myspace's and calling some of them down and these kids are getting in trouble for what they have on their myspace like my friend had a video and in it there was a short clip of him adn this girl smoking weed well school police saw it and suspended him for 3 days....
I know that putting a vid of yourself smoking weed on myspace isnt smart and kinda lame but still its absolute bullshit personaly. I have friends that got called down cus there was a picture of them at a party and beer was in the picture and they got fucked for that too is this redik or is it me do they even have the right to do this???????

I heard about some schools doing this a while ago. The school should only be responsible for what happens on school property (unless you've signed the athletic code which forbids any unruly behavior at anytime). Still, the school shouldn't be able to prosecute you for what you have on the internet outside of school hours.

They cannot punish you at school for something you do on your own time off of school property. Unless it is a video of you doing it on school property they can not touch you.
