Ok well laetly my school police has been going onto myspace and looking at all the kdis that go to our school myspace's and calling some of them down and these kids are getting in trouble for what they have on their myspace like my friend had a video and in it there was a short clip of him adn this girl smoking weed well school police saw it and suspended him for 3 days....
I know that putting a vid of yourself smoking weed on myspace isnt smart and kinda lame but still its absolute bullshit personaly. I have friends that got called down cus there was a picture of them at a party and beer was in the picture and they got fucked for that too is this redik or is it me do they even have the right to do this???????

i know that if you work for mircosoft and other very large corporations they have people that go around and look at people's myspace/facebook. it can actually influence whether you get hired or if they see, for example, a video of you smoking weed. So yea, either make that private or stick to the "if you dont want your parents to see it, dont post it" rule.

I go to a school with 1000 students and only 13 are black...
And my school has banned hats/bandanas/wearing hoods on your sweatshirt becuase they are gang related.
I'm not saying just blacks are the cause of gang violence and stuff.. but I live in an upper middle class town where the bad part is like 100,000 houses so i don't think there are too many gangs...

well i go to a school with over 1200 students (1254 i think) and we don't even have 10 black people. and those same basic rules
yeah my school tired to do that with our myspaces and facebooks but nothing happened becasue you can't suspend 700 students without making it into an issue that will reach that national level. They will even call you down the office if they here rumors of parties or anything illegal.

Yea at our school if they hear about a party that went on with drinking the po po will call you down and try to get you to fess up and if you do your absoulutley screw because you were responsible for all the kids that got drunk (anyone that they know that went is pinned on getting drunk) our school even has full survalence and we also get called down to identify people its kinda awkard saying you dont know somebody after they play you giving them a high five

I almost got charged with sexual harrasment at school once. One of my friends had on girl pants cut off right below his junk and he wore baggy pants on top. After school he went up to one of our teachers and threw his pants down and danced in front of her. He was suspended. I was supposed to stay after to film it but couldn't because I had no way to get home except for the same cop car he had to ride in. So I went home and I didn't film it. The next day, the school officer called me and my other friend who didn't stay after into his office and said if the teacher wanted to file sexual harrasment on me and him she could even though we weren't there. Pretty gay huh? I thought that they where just fucking with me and scaring me. I still don't know but oh well, thats how fucking stupid school systems are.

I say you tell them to fuck right off, they can't prove it wasn't tobacco from a video, and they can't prove it was alchohol from a picture...unless they can bust you IN THE ACT of illegal activity, they don't have shit, and you tell them that to thier face, see what they say then. Remember: admit nothing, deny everything, make counter accusations, or at the very least envoke your fifth amendment right and say nothing at all.

Personally I think if anyone wants to do stupid shit and publish it (that's right, posting shit on the net is making it public) deserves what's coming to them. We had this guy in my unit who was a complete peice of shit. Stealing from people while the were out on patrol (this happened in Iraq) He'd steal then send the stuff hom so they could sell it on eBay. Anyways. He got introuble for that becasue he got caught red handed. When we got back the idiot bought two handguns. Living in the barracks, that's a big no no, he knew it. But he ended up posting a picture of him all g'd up doing the gun cross pose, ice in his ear, in his barracks room. You couldn't make it any easier for them to ram it in when you do something like that. He got caught when my gunny saw it, thrown in the brig, and there was much laughter!

a parent from our rival school reported some of our gymnastics hot shots for being in a picture that has alcohol in it...the STATE meet is tomorrow and my school was predicted to win. but now that our 2 best are suspended that won't happen.

This is legit--happened at my HS to a few friends after I graduated. However, I'm pretty sure they can't do anything about it because they can't PROVE you were drinking. The image could have been photoshopped, the beer cans might have been empty-- the excuses are endless.
