Can anyone tell me what Torrents are?

So, basically I don't want to spam the shit out of my new laptop, but I want free songs. So I heard of Torrents. Are they any safer than say, LimeWire or BearShare? Also, I want to know how you go about downloading the albums. Thanks.

download


its safe and has way more than limwire
you may need to download winRAR
google "winRAR"
first site that pops up, download it

Torrents are great for large files

If you want to start downloading full movies and television shows, bittorrent is pretty much essential.
