Replying to Anyone ever tear thier miniscus? cause im pretty sure i did

yea, its not 100% yet, but all signs point to a torn/damaged miniscus. im going to see an othopediatrican (sp) in a few days to get solid answers. but anyone ever done it? what was involved with recovery? how long did it take? from what i understand, it involves surgery to remove damaged cartaldige, and thats it, but that worries me, removing it without replacing it. gerh, it sucks. thanks all
