I was reading Harry Potter today, and thoroughly enjoying it, and then later on today I finished downloading The Two Towers off Kazaa, so I watched that. I had seen it in theaters and previously established it as THE BEST MOVIE EVER, except it's been since December since I'd seen it.

I watched it, then tried to go back to reading harry Potter and realized how shallow and meaningless it is.

The Lord of The Rings Trilogy is a fucking masterpiece. Tolkien was the original genious. Now Peter Jackson is continuing that legacy of excellence. Guy's a fucking amazing director. Viggo Mortensen and Orlando Bloom are also extremely awesome. And whoever the cinematographer for the movies is a fucking genious as well.

The cinematography is just so amazing. When you look at the scenery, camera angles, settings, etc., it feels like you're in Middle Earth, watching the sun set on the last day before a battle.

I love you, Tolkien. I love you Peter Jackson.

I love Lord of The Rings. I love it. I am Aragorn. I swear.

By the way... the version I downloaded is completely DVD-quality, I think it's some sort of Academy Awards tape, because every once in a while the subtitles, ''For Your Consideration' come on.

ya, LOTR is good. I read all three books within a week...mainly cause I had to or else I'd fail 8th grade english cause of some stupid reading point system crap.
