Replying to Looks like no more skiing for me for a while

so over the weekend my parents took me to ruby hill for a few hours and this gay snowboarder does the kink falls off and breaks his shoulder. now my parents have been trying toquit skking for a long time saying i will get hurt and never play baseball again. But this topped it off for them now they say i will never touch the slopes again. i would just say screw it and go up on my own but im only 13. so i dunno what to do because meand my friends go up every single weekend.
