ya It's all about commitment. Once you get used to rotating that much it'll be easier

do a cork 7. They're so easy. Just rip into the jump (if PNS has a step up do it on that) and throw and look at your heel piece. Stay in a little ball and it will come around.
all you gotta do is huck and big spins come around. 3 to 5 is just a head turn..... 5 to 7 is a whole new level of commitment.

make sure to keep your head looking around. if ur head is looking there ur body will follow. also, maybe if having a hard time getting past five it means u are a little bit scared and if kids can throw tens on it u might want to learn on a slightly smalelr jump

not true. knew some kids that can do backs, but can't even do 3's. I've heard of lots of people that can do that too.

after i learned the backflip, i started trying lincoln loops and flatspins. just do the backflip and pull down on one side for a flatspin. I guess some people dont think its the right way to do it but it works for me. One you get that down, try putting in an extra 180. Lincolns, just think cartwheel.

I'll be honest, there's something to be said for just hucking yourself into a spin, not caring if it looks good or if you crash. You can work on style after you've got the rotation.

It sounds like you stop looking over your shoulder, which will kill your rotation. Set your rotation hardcore fast and then slowly unwind. Start out fast and slow down is what im saying. This way you can spot your landing. You NEED to keep looking over your shoulder though.

do lots of 5's and once you hit a big enough jump and feel like you deffinately could have kept spinning or spun faster just try it and itl come

theres a big difference between throwing a 7 and a 5, i think 5s are the easiest spins cause u can spot ur landing so much, for a 7 you gotta throw harder and keep ur head looking around the whole time to keep ur rotation

i dont suggest rushign it though, take yur time and get 5's down good first, yur 7's are gunna look realll bad if u dont got yur 5's down first

try a underflip... just turn 90 degrees in the air do a linchon loop up the hill and turn 90 again and uve just done a underflip 540...
on the 540 just wip and dont spot ur landing lol... its a way to learn how to get passed a 5

jsut do the first 360 quick to get it out of the way then jsut pretend like ur doing a reg 360 to finish it, usally u dont even notice the first 360 it jsut happens and i suggest jsut tucking into a ball and just hucking it for the first ones

instead of looking for the landing when you come around at 360 just turn your head again and keep going, it will come really easily once u do your first one

Just dont come out of your rotation at 5, just keep it tucked for another 180, you just have to huck your spin with 2 full rotations in mind, just remember to keep spinning. once you come around for a 7, you will probobly wash out your first time, but the feeling is very unique and you will have it after you rotate it once.
