Yeah so my friends and I were building a this jump where we always do in Beehive basin this weekend, and we got charged with criminal trespassing for leaving the trail and building a jump. Now we have like 600 bucks in fines. Insane people.
this reminds me of my buddy, at le massif at the end of the day he stole an orange flag, and waved it at the patrol who chased him down the hill, but couldnt keep up ahahaha. im going to try this one day, just to test their skills
The US forest service can do it...as a federal entity.
Otherwise, people may impose fines on you that you don't have to pay. At that price, I would contest the fine. You admit guilt by paying it. $600 is worth your afternoon. Who wrote the ticket?
There were 3 sheriff cars and the ticket was written byt a sheriff, they boxed our car in and took our licenses and stuff. It was a lot of hullabaloo really. See the trail is forest service and it just goes through the woods but on either side it private property but its still just woods and we built a jump over the trail, we didn't even get to hit it.
It was someones property, but there are no fences or anything like that its just woods with a forest service trail that we have built booters on for years and apparently someone own this spot, and he freaked.
why did you give real names and if you didjnt want to lie why werent you real general like: where do you live be like over there and so on. has always worked good ofr me
