Grabbing the 1260 or Whiskey Flip

Would it make much of a difference if they reached down for a quick grab? At the X-games, Tanner's cab spins looked worse with the grab; I would rather see pure pencil steeze than pencil steeze with a jerky grab in the middle. Dumont's 1260 looks sick. Sure, it might look sicker if he held a mute grab for half of it, but that's not going to happen for a while. If he grabs it, it's going to be that generic outside tail grab--the one that he and Tanner do on their 9s. That grab is so bland it doesn't have a name. Let him go huge with the pencil steeze. It looks sick.

pencil steeze might be an oxymoron, but . . . .if you're going to spin pencil part of the way, you might as well do it the whole way. a jerky grab (see tanner's cab 7 first run at X or his cab 10) just makes pencil "steeze" worse.
