i have terrible shin bang and in all the other shin bang threads people always say do "shin excercises," what are these shin excercises u people speak of cuz my shins kill
you can do different calve raises.... one is stand straight up agains a wall then start moving your feet out a little.... then stand with your back against the wall and your legs out standing on your heels, then you push your toes down toward the ground but dont touch, then bring your toes up as far as you can do like 20 of them
speaking from years of experience. Doing exercises for your anterior compartment (shin muscle) will do nothing for you but detriment to your situation. "shin bang" is fully improperly named. It doesn't come from "banging your shin" it comes from landing back seat and using that muscle as balance to pull back forward. First, land on the balls of your feet and you'll have less shin bang. But since we all know that's easier said than done. Get intuition liners. They wrap around your leg and for whatever reason since I bought them I immediately ended my shin bang. Haven't had shin bang in years.
