what weight should i have my bindings on if my weight is about 72 kiloes? i have salomon bindins..

you mean din setting right? it really depends how hard you ski...and how you land. ive got mine at 8.5 in the front, and 9.5 in the back. when they were a big lower, id pop out landing switch. but start at 6 or 7 and move up slowly if you pop out a lot
