alright 2 weeks ago i tried a cork 7 and landed directly on back. it has been hurting since. i know i didn't break it because i can move ok, but when i move my left arm into certain position, i get pain.
has this ever happened to you?
do you know what could be wrong?

You might have a compressed disc and its jammin on your nerve. Is it you upper lower or mid back that hurts. And is it directly on the spine like bone pain or the muscles
