Replying to Casual Industrees: cool designs bad company

so i'm sure most people either know of casual industrees around here or have at least seen the logo (washington state with white lines coming from the olympic penn.) They have to be one of the single worst companies I have ever delt with. I bought a t-shirt and some stickers from them in the middle of january. I have e-mailed them 3 times and called them and left messages but am still yet to get any of my stuff and on top of this they charged me when I ordered it. basiclly I feel like they are just stealing at this point. I figured dealing with a local company would be easy because they should be able to answer e-mails or phone calls much better than company XYZ but I guess not. It should not take nearly a month to ship a t-shirt 80 miles. so if any of you are thinking about dealing with casual industrees I would not recommend it unless you are dealing with them in person. It sucks because I really like the designs that they do but to run a business so poorly they are asking to fail
