So Basically some day while i was skiing i managed to pull my right ass cheek. Dunno how but i definitally did. And it wont go away cause i keep skiing. Should i be sitting out a couple weeks or can i solve this with Icing? danks
glute... thats what ive been lookin for haha.. i keep feeling weird calling it my ass/butt muscle. It doesnt hurt all the time but when i try to pull my legs up and when i spin on to rails it sometimes gets agitated.
