when I use the scroll wheel, and I push it, and it shows that white circle with 2 arrows, and you can go up or down, it only lets me use that for like 1 second, how do I fix that.
another computer problem: when Im watching a video online like on youtube or other websites where it shows the video on the web page, the video will only download to a certain point, then it wont play past that point. how do I fix that?
