What is the best cure for shins in horrible pain? The lower front part of my shin feels like its bruised or has shin splints every time I walk down steps.
Also, I wear Atomic M9 boots. They're not exactly soft shell park boots. Are these the problem or are shin pains common?
I recently started skiing park for at least a full day twice a week.
