Prevent ebay scam?

Alright I know all those fuckers that say send your shit to Nigeria and its all a scam on ebay and craigslist. Well, I was wondering if anyone knows how to prevent those people from bidding on your shit on ebay. I am trying to sell an ipod and one of those fuckers did my buy it now and i was wondering if there is any way to prevent that shit so i dont have to keep reposting my stuff for $5 or if i can get ebay to let it post up again for free.
I will slit those peoples throaghts if I ever find any of them!

yeah i hate it and its gonna piss me off to not be able to sell my ipod on ebay because i dont want to have to repost it when these fucks do that

oh yea. you have to pay to post to which is gay you should message the mods at ebay and tell them to get the scammers off the site cause its wasting your money

What you do is say that you will not ship to anywhere but Canada and the US.

ohh goood idea. but i still got a scammer for california that wanted to send me a 4000 dollor money oreder for a 30 dollor shirt.... the wire him the money back. so now its all over the world

i did and ebay account is for orlando florida. I emailed him knowing it was a scam and said that I will only ship to the address on the paypal after the money has cleared. But I know hes not going to pay or it wont clear. I just dont want to keep getting fucked out of $5 to repost
