Replying to Mounting 412 Deadbolts

I just got stls and 412 deadbolt bindings. i took them to my local shop to get them mounted and today they called me and said that they couldnt mount them because they were 4frnts and they dont carry 4frnts. then they said that they called everywhere in town and no one could mount 4frnts.

Is this guy just fucking lazy or is he telling the truth? ive never heard of anyone who couldnt get bindings mounted because of the brand.
