Delete song from your computer with itunes?

Is it possible to completely delete songs from your computer with itunes. Some friends of mine said it was possible, but I cant find any options or ways to do it.

Coz i order my songs with Itunes, and I occasionally find a song that I don't like. But it takes so much time to find it in some folder between 1000 other songs...

just right click on it and select "view in folder" or something along those lines, then it'l show the song file and then just delete it.
