Trampoline 3 days a week and lift at least that much. the tramping will get your air sense dialed in, and the lifting will make everything easier and reduce the chances of injury.
I go water ramping, I tramp, I set up summer rails, stretch, bike, skateboard, ad inlining. Boaldering also. The water ramps help air awareness sooo much. And I got sooo much better at rails because of my summer setup. STOKED!
