Look warranty...

Has anyone delt with Look/Dynastar warranty? I shattered part of my heelpiece on my PX 12's, and I've been wondering how long it would take to send back in and get a new binding back.. Considering I'm on the east coast, and Dynastar is out west, i figured it would be at least a week or two..

take it to your shop. they should help a lot

hey the exact same thing happened to me. heelpiece in my look px12's got shattered. will dynastar replace this?

also whats the best way to go at doing this? should i just send em into the address on the site, or should i give them a call first and see what they can do?
its a piece i can easily install myself, i just need the part.

Take em to your shop, and they can warranty them for you. Ive seen many a px12 explode. And they all have come back warrientied. Usually it takes about 2 weeks.
