Bit Torrent Help

Okay, i had bit torrent on my old computer, like used it , but now i tottaly forgot how to use it. Can someone tell me how to set it up and use it.

Download a client, like azureus, then go to a site like www.torrentspy.com and download a any torrent file you want. Open the file in azureus and start the download.
