wow creepy. im 5'8 also but i think im like 135. if you really wanna get up there, take weight ganers along w/ working out. if you dont workout and take them tho it won't be worth it. also just eat more actual meals in the day.
Eat lots of protein and lots of carbs. Work out 3 times a day completely everything you got during those three days. Eat protein the day after working out and carbs the day before.
absolutely not.. thats called overtraining. if your just starting to work out you should not kill yourself becasue your body must adapt. First of all, get a weightgainer as people have said. They taste good and will help a lot because your burning more carbs than you intake in a day. Secondly start lifting say 3 to 4 times a week, however your comfortable. upper one day lower the next... theres a bunch.. i do a muscle group and its partner muscle a day (bicep-tricep). Lastly dont get discouraged. eat well, take vitamins, protein, and lift and you will gain weight.
