fingers crossed for this coming friday. if everything goes right. this storm should be huge. but with our luck. i think its gonna be weak sauce. at least theres hope
yeah like 40 @ the heave at like 10.soo warm. if this storms thats coming wed for like 6days of precip with no lower temps..WERE ALL DONE!! looks like 7000ft + will probably be ok..anything else bye bye :( EVERYONE needs to pray for low temp's or our seasons r done.
you guys think i shold cancel my trip to heavenly (goiing out march 3rd) and use it for a trip out their next year?..this would be my only trip this year and im from the east
TPC hit the nail right on the head. We've been very lucky the recent weeks that the weather has allowed us all to get by with very little snow. We don't have much if any margin of error right now for a warm wet storm..sorry but its the truth.
yeah... just being honest, not trying to bum out anyone. but on the POSITIVE side, just talked with our Head of snowmaking and he said we "heavenly" should be ok on the mid and upper mtn. might get some rain on lower. so that means we'll be ok for 3 of our parks and our soon to be pipe... might lose nightlife park(lower Mtn)?? we'll all have to wait and see what happens..? but if the lower temps come EVERYONE is Stoked..like 2-4ft!!

i havent seen the weather report recently but it seems like 5 feet is a pretty tall order especially if we end up with the wrong type of precipitation. good news that it sounds like we have snow right now though. jea jea
