learn to fall, trust me, there is a technique to it that hurts less.

I remember planting my hand on that fall to stop myself, didn't work.
And that bruise is on my left thigh, on the side.

it's true. There's people who know how to fall well and people who just eat it. I don't really know the technique but I think I'm pretty good at it

I'm not the type who bruises easily either. I played football for 6 years and didn't get more than 3 tiny bruises. This one, when i ate it, i was fucking hurting. I actually slid my way to the side of the trail, popped off my skis, and just sat there waiting for the intense pain to stop.
It was that kind of hit which you ask god why wont the pain fucking stop.

yeah, you don't have it. sometimes you just have to accept the fall, and go with it, for some reason it's usually smoother and ends up better. but then again, some people can just take it, while others get hurt. look at hibbert.

I did that same thing a couple of seasons ago and it hurt so fucking bad. I did it on my second run and I was pretty much done for the day. No fun.

Dude, that blows. This past weekend I twisted my thumb while wiping out and it swelled to twice the normal size and was completely black and blue. Other than that, I don't usually bruise visibly. My hips are all bruised on both sides (along with my ass, it's been a bitch to lay down) but you can't even tell by looking at them.
