Replying to Getting over a mental block
well its my first year freestyle skiing and i atarted doing rails a few weeks ago. Last week i was seshing a flat rail and wasnt doing too bad. Then i slid out and landed on my hip with a big bruise, The next day i hit the rail again and fell on the same exact spot hurting my bruise even more. I know that now i need to lean forward more, but the fear of falling like that again is stopping me from hitting the rail. I want to slide it so bad but everytime i approach it i puss out like a little bitch. Any good advice on getting over a mental block?
