This isnt exactly the right place to go...But im looking for more information on creatine, so i was wondering if anyone on here has ever loaded up on it...

creatine will only help if you step up your lifting habit. it just lets you heal quicker (soreness goes away sooner), so you can work out more. you will have to do this for it to work. plus drink buttloads of water or you will dehydrate and cramp badly...

actually,,,, creatine puts water behind your muscles so when your on it,you may start to get a big increase in size depending on the brand of it cuz some are better but as soon as you stop,you shrink and it sucks,if you wanna grow in mass and keep it,i suggest a massive weight gainer and some glutamine cuz glutamine repairs the muscles while you sleep so you grow faster

have any of you actually used creatine?

I fucking love the stuff. When used properly it works awesome. The only problem i have is consuming enough protein cuz i HATE the taste of the whey shit.

yeti,ive been on lots of creatine,i used cell tech which is wicked creatine and i gained 10lbs in one week with it,i used two bottles of interactive micronized creatine and one bottle of dymatize creafizz,the creafizz worked the best

its bad for the liver,i havent used it for quite sometime,whey only has like 20 some g's of protein in one serving,the shit im on right now has 54 g's of protein in one serving

just get whey and glutamine, and when you make the whey drink put whatever amount of glutamine it says to put in your drink. glutamine helps loosen muscles. that way you recover faster, and are less sore. and this way you dont get all bloated and shit from creotine, like most people do, cause that shit can just make you look fat.

What do you mean Whey is more natural, cause it's in your food naturally? Creatine is already in your body. I use the stuff 3 months on, and 3 months off, and I also take whey. Creatine does keep your cells hydrated but it also speeds up the production of ATP and ADP in the body which allows you to be able to push yourself harder. You still have to lift with creatine, it doesn't do the work by itself. When I started on Whey and Creatine, I put on about 14 lbs of muscle, it works well. I've been off it now for like 7 weeks though and I have had some weight drop off. But my diet hasn't been great.
