People like your friend who go around tagging shit are what gives real graffiti artists a bad name - there is virtually no creativity in that - all it does is make a mess of other peoples' property.

My brother used to be really into it - he was very well respected throughout the city, and then he got busted by the cops while doing a piece on a wall on a demolition site. They told him that he'd here from them about criminal charges, that was maybe 6 months ago, so we don't know if it's still pending or if it's been forgotten about.

wow cops tell you that they might get around to charging you? that's pretty sweet. I do see what you're saying about my friends too. The other day i was walking down the sidewalk and saw one of their tags. They aren't even creative.

taggings only gay if you just do it to get your name up, but if you put it in your area that you write in then its tight, i tag and do pieves but im not that tight. for the most part i just tag my crew.

tagging and bombs have as much creativty and style as doing a full blown piece on a legal wall.

Tagging is just a part of graffiti, like hitting is just a part of baseball. If you want to be; king, or all city you have to own it all, tags, hollow ups, bombs, peices, productions, the works...im not saying im an all city king im just putting it out there.

yer im pretty into it, have been for the last 5 or so years. mainly just use run down old buildings for my pieces and legal walls. also dabble in a bit of paste ups. but as for tagging street signs n shit. leave that to ms 13.
