I believe strongly that perhaps Harvey should consider removing the Top Contributers list and the postcount next to someones name. Keep postcount in their profile or whatever, but perhaps replace it with a member number next to their name in posts. Post count is becoming way to big a deal, and people shouldn't even care about it. It's part of the reason that there are so many useless posts and things of that nature.

definately get rid of the post count and replace it with the member number! there's sooooo much post whoring on here that it's beginning to become pointless to look in other forums besides ski gabber and even that is a victim of over posting.

Yea I have always argeed with member number. I kinda of both though. I consider myself an old member + the posts I have. I think its good.

Sure I've made meaningless posts, but you missed the whole point of the thread (which I started in freakin 2003) I've also been here since before 2001. The way some of you post I should have like 15k or more.
